I’ve worked with In The Light twice. They’ve done a small repair on my mother’s house, and now a full roof replacement on my own house. Both times they were fast and very professional. We liked that we were able to see progress photos in the customer portal throughout the day, and the crew did a great job leaving no trace behind when they finished.
John in particular was extremely dedicated to making sure we were happy with the final product. He has followed up with me several times to make sure the repair at my mom’s house held up well, and walked through all of the progress photos on our roof replacement. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, as well.
