We’re currently hiring for the following positions in Bethlehem and Center Valley. All positions offer full-time hours, a supportive team environment, and room to grow.

Project Manager – Bethlehem / Center Valley

As a project manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily operations on job sites, communicating with clients, and ensuring each job is completed on schedule and to high standards.

Qualifications:

3 years of project or construction management experience
Comfortable managing field teams and scheduling
Strong organization and communication skills

Roof Repair Technician – Bethlehem / Center Valley

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of roofing or general repair experience
Familiarity with common roofing materials
Ability to work at heights and follow safety procedures

Outside Sales Representative – Bethlehem / Center Valley

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping homeowners understand their options. You’ll visit homes, assess needs, and guide clients through the process.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or customer service
Comfortable with in-person visits and simple inspections
Clear communicator who listens well and follows up
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Inside Sales Representative – Bethlehem / Center Valley

In this office-based role, you’ll be a key part of our sales process, answering calls, managing leads, and supporting the field team with scheduling and communication.

Qualifications:

1 to 2 years in customer service or sales support
Strong phone presence and attention to detail
Comfortable with basic software tools
Positive attitude and willingness to help
