Inside Sales Representative

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our Bethlehem and Center Valley team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out for help. You’ll manage leads, coordinate appointments, and support our field sales team so they can deliver the best possible service.

Your Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries from potential customers
Qualify leads and schedule roofing consultations or inspections
Provide helpful information about our services and coordinate next steps
Support field reps by managing their schedules and updating the CRM
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and document feedback
Keep track of leads and maintain organized digital records
Communicate clearly with office and production staff about upcoming jobs
Deliver a helpful, respectful customer experience on every interaction

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an office setting, stays organized, and enjoys helping others. The right candidate is comfortable talking on the phone, great at follow-up, and eager to support a busy team.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Familiar with basic computer and office tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
High school diploma or equivalent
