Outside Sales Representative

We’re hiring a personable and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our Bethlehem and Center Valley team. In this role, you’ll meet directly with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and walk them through the process with confidence and clarity.

Your Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing concerns and offer clear solutions
Perform simple roof assessments and identify potential issues
Provide written estimates and assist customers with the decision-making process
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Attend local networking events or community outreach when needed
Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth job handoffs
Use digital tools to track contacts, update progress, and manage communication
Represent the company professionally at every interaction

Qualifications

Experience in sales or customer service preferred
Comfortable visiting homes and conducting basic roof assessments
Clear, confident communicator who listens well and follows up
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Familiar with mobile apps or open to learning new tools
High school diploma or equivalent
