From the first contact with In the Light Roofing with Kelly to set up an appointment for an estimate, to Steve walking me through the entire process was extremely helpful and professional. The Roofing crew was very skilled and professional as well. The Roof looks great and they made sure to not leave any debris from the job behind.. I highly recommend this company for your Roofing needs.

I’ve worked with In The Light twice. They’ve done a small repair on my mother’s house, and now a full roof replacement on my own house. Both times they were fast and very professional. We liked that we were able to see progress photos in the customer portal throughout the day, and the crew did a great job leaving no trace behind when they finished.John in particular was extremely dedicated to making sure we were happy with the final product. He has followed up with me several times to make sure the repair at my mom’s house held up well, and walked through all of the progress photos on our roof replacement. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, as well.

In The Light Roofing replaced our roof and did a professional and expedient job. They worked for two days in extremely cold weather, and did an excellent job of taking all debris with them when they left. My roof is beautiful and I’m very satisfied with In The Light Roofing. I highly recommend them!

I had 2 jobs with In The Light Roofing. They responded to estimates to replace my roof on a townhouse I rent and to fix a leak related to a vent pipe on my home. Both jobs were completed timely and with exceptional quality. Before and after pictures were taken and they spent time reviewing the completed job. Prices were reasonable and they know roofs. I will be calling them in a few years to replace the roof on my current home.

We had In The Light Roofing do a new roof for us. This is an amazing company, everyone that we had any contact with was very professional from top to bottom. They were always on time, the work was exceptional and the clean-up afterwards was great. I would highly recommend them if you need any roofing work. Thank you everyone at In The Light.

I had a "drip" for years which, eventually, turned into Niagara Falls. I desperately needed immediate help. In The Light Roofing took care of it quickly and efficiently! They also took care of me, as I am a special needs customer, and I told them about my condition. The workers were knowledgeable and FAST, and the price was extremely reasonable, way under what I was expecting; they even helped me with financing! Yesterday, day #1 since the repair was completed, we had torrential rain. The roof is 100% perfect! I give this company my highest recommendations (and I am fussy)! Oh, and I foretold them about my 3 large, friendly dogs, and they were kind and compassionate towards them, also!

After noticing multiple leaks forming in my my 23+ year old roof and have numerous companies come and give estimates on work no one was more a pleasure then In the light roofing. Having never been in the situation of needing a new roof before until now the process was extremely easy due to the hassle free and straight forward employees involved. From getting an inspection and estimate to the crew who installed/ cleaned up the outside of my home. They take great pride and integrity in the work they do fixing issues that other companies may have skipped over. Their price was very fair for the quality of work they provide as i had two companies give quotes lower and higher then In The Light Roofing. Overall very impressed and will tell friends and family to use them in the future.

At no point in my experience with this company was I ever disappointed. From the moment John came out to give me an estimate to the completion of the job, I was always impressed with the knowledge, integrity, work ethic, competency, and true kindness that everyone demonstrated. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. There were no hidden fees or surprises at the end of the job. I am thrilled with my new roof and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of roofing services.

The In the Light Roofing crew just completed a new roof installation on our home. The experience was top notch from the first phone call to the final product. The job was
challenging due to the roof configuration but the crew handled it like pros. The communication was frequent and thoughtful. There were some delays in getting materials and Johnathan kept
us up to date and informed on progress, only scheduling the install when all the materials were in hand. As with any large project unexpected issues arise. This group addressed all concerns and questions professionally, without any hassle, to be sure the job was done right and that we were totally satisfied. The customer truly comes first at ITL roofing. In this world of getting what you pay for, we truly got a quality job, done right, for a reasonable price. Gladly recommend this organization.

Great company. Very easy to work with. They kept me updated on the process and timing. Worked with my insurance company to make sure I didn't have any extra out of pocket costs, and even changed some lightbulbs I couldn't reach while they were up there. Highly recommended.

We were more than happy with our new roof from In The Light! From start to finish they had patience with explaining step by step what the process would like look - from materials to timeline to getting the roof completed, we felt very confident in the team. Adam helped to schedule the appt and went through pricing. John was able to give us a detailed run down. Bryson was out with the team day of to install the roof. The quality was great and the clean up was tremendous too. Our biggest concern was making sure everything was picked up because of the dogs but they didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend Bryson and his team for anyone looking to get their roof redone! Thanks again!

There are many steps involved in getting estimates, contracts, and getting projects under way and finished. Our experience, having three roofs replaced/ repaired, was outstanding in every way. Adam and Bryson were exceptionally pleasant to work with, responsive, professional and a breath of fresh air. The price was fair, and the work excellent. They kept us updated with photos, as the work was progressing, and they went the extra mile. We could not be more pleased, and they have my highest recommendation.

Wanted to take the time to speak on an experience I have had with a local roofing company. In the light roofing, came and gave us an estimate for some minor roof repairs. When they came to do the repair they found water damage under the area to be repaired. The wood was all rotted and there was more work involved than originally expected. They could have covered it up and walked away, we would have never known the difference. However they did the right thing and let us know. They did all the repairs the correct way and for that I am grateful. In the light roofing, you are number one in our book!

In the Light Roofing is honest, dependable, and hard working. Owner Bryson & Project Manager, Luis were extremely knowledgeable in working with the insurance company and me.When it was time to put the roof on, their installers were amazingly thorough & diligent. They have their system from start to finish down pat! Everything ran smoothly…professionals all around! At first I thought, “It’s just a roof”. After seeing it finished…”Wow, does it look great!!!”🤩In the Light Roofing does quality work in no non-sense time! Highly recommend! 👍
