Project Manager

We’re hiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in Bethlehem and Center Valley. In this role, you’ll coordinate crews, manage job schedules, communicate with clients, and ensure that every project is delivered on time and with the highest level of quality.

Your Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of assigned roofing projects from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and material deliveries
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and clients
Monitor progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
Conduct site visits, safety checks, and quality inspections
Maintain accurate documentation for each project
Work with office and sales staff to resolve issues and improve processes
Uphold safety standards and ensure team compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in project or construction management
Familiarity with residential and/or commercial roofing processes
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable managing field teams and job site logistics
Able to read plans, scope documents, and interpret job specs
Knowledge of safety protocols and job site compliance
Proficient in digital tools for scheduling and reporting
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
