Wanted to take the time to speak on an experience I have had with a local roofing company. In the light roofing, came and gave us an estimate for some minor roof repairs. When they came to do the repair they found water damage under the area to be repaired. The wood was all rotted and there was more work involved than originally expected. They could have covered it up and walked away, we would have never known the difference. However they did the right thing and let us know. They did all the repairs the correct way and for that I am grateful.
